Gravol Nausea Relief Dimenhydrinate USP 50 mg Softgels (8 softgels)

Description: Gravol Nausea Relief Dimenhydrinate USP 50 mg helps to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness, due to motion sickness. This Gravol product comes in softgel format for fast, effective relief, and for easy swallowing.

Indications: For the prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting and dizziness due to motion sickness.

Directions for Adults:

• Take 1 or 2 capsules every 4 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 8 capsules in 24 hours.
• Take the first dose at least 1/2 hour and preferably 1 to 2 hours before departure.

Active Ingredient (per tablet):

• Dimenhydrinate 50 mg
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• D&C Red 33
• Gelatin
• Glycerine
• Mannitol
• Methylparaben
• Polyethylene Glycol
• Povidone
• Propylparaben
• Sorbitol
• Water
  

Cautions:

• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
• MAY CAUSE DROWSINESS. AVOID DRIVING A MOTOR VEHICLE OR PERFORMING TASKS REQUIRING MENTAL ALERTNESS.
• Avoid alcoholic beverages.
• Do not take if you have: glaucoma, chronic lung disease, difficulty in urination due to an enlargement of the prostate gland, or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding unless directed by a physician.
• Do not take with other antihistamines, tranquilizers or any other sedating drugs without consulting a physician.
• May cause excitability, especially in children.
• Prolonged use should be only on physician’s advice.
