Description: FeraMAX PD Chewables Tablets 45 mg is a unique iron supplement that helps in the maintenance of iron levels and the prevention of iron deficiency anemia. It also supports the formation of red blood cells and supports the immune system. This supplement comes in a sweet and tangy orange flavour.

Indication:

• Helps prevent iron deficiency anemia and supports the formation of red blood cells.
• Helps the body to metabolize nutrients and energy and supports the immune system.
• Take as part of a healthy diet, to maintain normal iron levels, and to prevent iron deficiency and associated tiredness and fatigue.

Dosage for those over 14 years old:

• 1 chewable tablet daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
  

• 45 mg Elemental Iron (polydextrose iron complex)
  
• 1000 mcg Vitamin B12
• 75 mg Vitamin C

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Citric acid
• Colloidal silicon dioxide
• FD&C Yellow #6 Aluminum Lake
• Magnesium stearate
• Mannitol
• Modified food starch
• Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids
• Orange flavour
• Sucralose
• Trisodium citrate
• Vanilla flavour

Warnings:

• Keep away from children. There is enough drug in this package to seriously harm a child.
  
• At doses greater than 35 mg per day, some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting.
• Consult your health care practitioner prior to use, if you are hypersensitive to iron preparations or any ingredient in this product, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have peptic ulcer, regional enteritis, or ulcerative colitis.
• Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hematemesis, or diarrhea.
• Stop use if hypersensitivity occurs.
