Dequadin Oral Spray (25 mL)

Description: Dequadin Oral Spray is formulated for the temporary relief of minor mouth infections.

Directions for Adults and Children Age 6+: Spray to affected area of the mouth, every 2 hours as needed or as directed by physician or dentist. After each spray, refrain from swallowing saliva for a few moments. In case of children, hold their mouth open for a few moments.

Active Ingredients: Dequalinium Chloride 0.5% w/v

Inactive Ingredients: 

• Benzyl alcohol
  
• Geranium essential oil
• Isopropyl alcohol
• Propylene glycol
• Purified water
• Rosa damascena flower oil

Warnings:

• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  
• When using this product avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms are severe or persist for more than 2 days.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away, even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.
