Clear Eyes Triple Action Relief Eye Drops (15 mL)

Description: Clear Eyes Triple Action Relief Eye Drops is formulated to help reduce redness of the eye caused by minor eye irritations, moisturizes with two types of lubricants, and relieves irritation for long-lasting soothing comfort.

Uses:

• Temporarily relieves burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye, discomfort due to minor irritation of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun
• Protects eye from further irritation
• Relieves dry eyes
• Temporarily relieves redness of the eye due to minor eye irritations

Directions:

• Instill 1 to 2 drops in affected eye(s) up to 4 times daily.

Active Ingredients:

• Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride 0.05%
• Polyvinyl alcohol 0.5% w/v
• Povidone 0.6%

Inactive Ingredients:

• Purified Water
• Dibasic Sodium Phosphate
• Sodium Chloride
• Monobasic Sodium Phosphate
• Dextrose
• Sodium Bicarbonate
• Edetate Disodium
• Benzalkonium Chloride
• Sodium Citrate
• Potassium Chloride.
