Description: Centrum Performance is a complete multivitamin/multimineral supplement that is formualted to help in energy metabolism, reduces mental fatigue, and supports physical performance and cognitive, immune, and muscle function.

Adult Dosage: Take one tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 3 months.
