Canesten Combi 1 Day (Internal + External Cream)

Description: Canesten 1 Day Combi-Pak with ComforTab helps to treat vaginal yeast infections. It helps relieve symptoms of internal and external burning, itching, and discharge. This is a 1 Day treatment with 5 grams of vaginal cream and 10 grams of external vaginal cream.

Uses:

• For the treatment of vaginal yeast infections.
• Relieves itching, burning, and discharge associated with vaginal yeast infection.

Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+:

• After reading the enclosed instructions, insert the pre-filled applicator of cream high in the vagina at bedtime.
  
• To use the external cream, squeeze a small amount onto your finger and gently spread over the irritated vaginal area. Use the external cream once or twice a day as needed for up to 7 consecutive days to relieve external vaginal itching.
• To prevent re-infection, wear cotton underwear.

Active Ingredients:

• Clotrimazole 10% internal cream w/w
  
• Clotrimazole 1% external cream w/w
  

Inactive Ingredients:

• Prefilled Applicator: benzyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, water
  
• External Cream: benzyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, isopropyl myristate, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, water
  

Warnings:

• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are at increased risk for sexually transmitted diseases, have multiple partners, or change partners often.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have diabetes.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have symptoms that recur within 2 months.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before us if have never had a yeast infection before.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, or are trying to get pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have any of the following symptoms: abdominal, back, or should pain, fever or chills, nausea or vomiting, or foul-smelling vaginal discharge.
  
• When using this product, do not use tampons, intravaginal douches or other vaginal products.
• Canesten may reduce the effectiveness and safety of latex products and vaginal spermicides. This effect is temporary and occurs during treatment.
• Stop use and ask doctor if there is no improvement in 3 days or if symptoms have not disappeared within 7 days, you have abdominal pain, fever, foul-smelling discharge during use of this medication, or if skin rash or new irritation occurs.
• Keep safely out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, call a poison control centre or healthcare profession right away.
