Canesten Antifungal Cream (Clotrimazole 1%) (15 grams)

Description: Canesten Antifungal Cream (Clotrimazole 1%) cures athlete's foot, jock itch, and ringworm, if treatment directions on package followed. It helps to relieve itching, burning, scaling, and soreness. This cream is odourless, greaseless, and non-staining.

Directions:

• Cleanse skin with soap and water and dry thoroughly. Rub a thin layer on affected area twice daily. After symptoms have disappeared continue treatment for a week or two to a minimum of 4 weeks in total.
• Jock itch and ringworm usually require 2 weeks to resolve, while athlete's foot may require 4 weeks. If there has been not improvement after 2 weeks of treatment, or if signs and symptoms of the infection have not been resolved after 4 weeks, consult a doctor.
• For athlete's foot, pay special attention to the spaces between the toes. Wear well-fitting, ventilated shoes and cotton socks.

Inactive Ingredients: benzyl alcohol, cetastearyl alcohol, cetyl esters wax, octyldodecanol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan monostearate, water

Warnings:

• For external use only.
• Should not use for scalp or nail infections.
• Do not use on children under 2 years of age or if pregnant or nursing unless recommended by a doctor.
• Do not use Canesten if you are allergic to clotrimazole or to any non-medicinal ingredients in Canesten.
• Avoid contact with eyes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. If new irritation occurs, consult a doctor.
