Betadine Sore Throat Spray (50mL)

Description: Betadine Sore Throat Spray is formulated, with povidone-iodine, to help treat infections that can cause sore throats due to viruses and bacteria. This gargle comes in a mint flavour.

Uses:

• Helps treat viral, bacterial, or fungal infections of the mouth or throat
  
• Helps treat infections that can cause sore throats
• Helps treat canker sores
• Helps remove some bacteria that can result in oral infections and bad breath

Directions for Adults and Children Aged 6+:

• Spray throat area with 1 spray, up to 3 times per day. Spit out excess liquid. Rinsing is not necessary.
  
• Supervise use with children.
• Speak to healthcare professional if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 7 days.

Medicinal Ingredients:

• 0.45% povidone-iodine

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Citric acid monohydrate, glycerine, potassium iodide, purified water

Warnings:

• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient, have any type of thyroid disorder, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are using hydrogen peroxide.
• Contact your healthcare professional or hospital immediately if a large amount is swallowed or if you have an allergic reaction such as redness, irritation, swelling, itching, or rash.
