Recommended Use:

• Antioxidant for maintenance of eye health.
• Helps to maintain eyesight in conditions, such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.
• Helps to reduce risk of developing cataracts.

Recommended Adult Dosage:

• Take 1 softgel per day, OR as recommended by your health care practitioner, with a full glass of water and with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
