Bausch & Lomb Muro 128 5% Solution (15 mL)

Description: Bausch & Lomb Muro 128 5% Solution is formulated for the temporary relief of corneal edema.

Directions: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) every 3 or 4 hours, or as directed by a physician.

Medicinal Ingredient: Sodium Chloride 5% w/v

Preservatives:

• Methylparaben 0.023% w/v
• Propylparaben 0.01% w/v

Ingredients:

• Propylene glycol
  
• Sodium borate
  
• Boric acid
  
• Hypromellose
• Purified water
  
• May contain sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid
  

Warnings:

• Do not use this product except under the advice and supervision of a physician.
  
• If you experience eye pain, chance sin vision, continued redness, foreign body sensation or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, discontinue use and consult your physician.
  
• To avoid contamination of the product, do not touch the tip of the container to any surface. Replace cap after using.
  
• This product may cause temporary burning and irritation on being instilled into the eye.
• If the solution chances colour or becomes cloudy, do not use.
