Aerius Double Action 12 Hour (10 Tablets)

Description: Aerius Double Action 12 Hour combines antihistamine multi-symptom allergy relief with the added benefit of a sinus and nasal decongestant. In addition to providing relief from symptoms associated with seasonal allergies, it also provides relief from sinus and nasal congestion for up to 12 hours. These tablets are designed to provide relief from these allergy symptoms: nasal congestion or stuffiness; sinus pressure; sneezing; runny nose; itchy nose; itchy ears; itchy palate; itchy, burning, watery, red eyes.

Uses:

• Relieves nasal congestion and symptoms of seasonal (pollen, trees, grass, ragweed) allergies: itchy, burning, watery, swollen and red eyes, itchy nose, ears, palate and throat, runny nose, sneezing, nasal congestion/stuffiness, sinus congestion/pressure, allergic cough.

Dosage for Adults and Children Age 12+:

• Take one tablet twice a day, every 12 hours.
• May be taken with or without food.
• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet. Swallow whole with water. 
• Limit treatment to 14 days.
  

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Desloratadine 2.5 mg
• Pseudoephedrine Sulfate 120 mg

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Citric acid anhydrous
• Corn starch
• Edetate disodium
• FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake
• Hypromellose
• Magnesium stearate
• Microcrystalline cellulose
• Povidone
• Silicon dioxide
• Stearic acid

Cautions:

• Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding currently taking or have recently taken monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor (drugs for depression or Parkinson's disease), allergic to any ingredients in this drug, elderly, if you have high blood pressure, heart, thyroid or liver disease, diabetes, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, difficulty swallowing.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney disease, medical or family history of seizures, plan to become pregnant.
• When using this product you may have dry mouth, fatigue, headache.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if an allergic reaction occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control center or get medical help right away.
