Description: Jamieson Iron Liquid helps to prevent iron-deficiency anemia and to form red blood cells in an easy-to-take, delicious tropical citrus liquid.

Directions for Adults and Adolescents Age 12+: Shake well before use. Take 1-3 teaspoons (5-15 mL) daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
